What happens if the machine stops working?

Every machine carries a 2-year warranty. Members with an active Scent Plan or oil membership are covered for life. Either way we repair it or replace it, free, shipping paid both ways. Email hello@auressen.com and we make it right.

How long does the battery last?

The Rover and The Pod run about 16 hours per charge (about 5 hours to charge). The Suite, Estate and Estate XL run up to 14 days on a schedule (about 10 hours to charge). All five can stay plugged in.

Do I need an app?

No. Schedule and intensity are set on the machine itself. Set it once and it runs.

How long does a bottle of oil last?

A 100 ml bottle runs 3–4 weeks constantly, or 2–3 months on a daily schedule. Lower intensity extends it. The machine sips, it doesn’t gulp.

Will it be too strong? Too weak?

Intensity is adjustable, and every machine is rated honestly for its space. A Suite in a bedroom will be generous; in a warehouse, polite.

Does it make noise?

36 dB or less, about the level of a quiet library. You notice the scent, not the machine.

Why does it seem weaker after a few days?

Your nose adapts to a constant scent within minutes. Guests still get the full effect when they walk in. Run it on a schedule, step out and come back, and rotate two scents.

Is there any maintenance?

Once a month, run a chamber of isopropyl alcohol through the machine for an hour and empty it. Less than five minutes of active time. No water tanks, no filters.

What is the return policy?

Do I have to subscribe?

No. You can pay once for any machine. The Scent Plan is optional. It is a fixed number of monthly payments (3 to 6 depending on the machine), the machine is included, and the plan ends by itself. Nothing renews unless you choose it. Cancel a plan before its final payment and the machine is billed at retail.

What is actually in the oils?

Fine fragrance oil, undiluted. No water, no alcohol fillers, no heat. Made for two-fluid atomization, which is why it carries across a room instead of sitting next to the machine.

Which machine does it work with?

All five AURESSEN machines take the same 100 ml bottle. It seats directly into the machine; no pouring, no measuring.

Can I use other brands’ oils in an AURESSEN machine?

We don’t recommend it. The atomizer is calibrated for thin, undiluted fragrance oil. Diluted or water-based blends can clog it and are not covered by the warranty.

Will it stain walls or furniture?

No. The mist is dry and leaves no film, humidity or discoloration.

Is it safe around children and pets?

The mist is dry and there is no flame or heat. If anyone at home is pregnant, has asthma, or you have birds or other sensitive pets, start on the lowest setting in a ventilated room and ask your doctor or vet.

How long do bottles keep?

Unopened, about three years stored away from heat and sunlight. Once a bottle is in the machine, use it within about three months.
